You love the 'lack' of depth of field. But when you shoot with a 50mm lens at f1.8, that close up, DoF is going to be shallow in the extreme, and cool in it's own way.
This is an old pic anyway. Where's the new stuff?

Perhaps it would be better if you took your camera down to emergency at your local hospital ....can't believe I just suggested that
