THE DESERT AND SPIRITUALITY:
The desert has a strong relationship with spiritual quests.
The desert itself invokes images of vast expanse, where man may be alone to commune with the higher power and forces of nature.
For the "Sufi poet Rumi" poetry about the desert was an allegory for a spiritual quest of the soul journeying into the infinite.
" I learned to live for now
I learned to enjoy the beaches
and let life come as it may"

I love the middle photo of those 3. Sharp lines, wavy lines, black and white. Beautiful.

There was a time I was lost and loveless in your soul desert I was tied and kicking to your alien lands...
And then one day a single tear of beauty fell and the vista was seen to flower. I realized that the lifelessness was me, the apparent barreness and empty space was of my own creation and the sweet nectar of nature is never absent, only I was to blind to see it.
That is what I see.
