Great Feil Maree; Penny Farthing.

The creator of the bike, Millwright Johny Sinclair, seen with the Penny Farthing in Dingwall today. He told me that 100 years ago a cyclist with a similar machine had travelled from Land's End to John O'Groats covering 60 miles per day. The roads would have been terrible and such an achievement stretches credulity to its limits !

Well he made a Bone shaker and Hobby horse as well as the Penny Farthing . He recreated them from pictures ! David.
