The problem with setting a challenge is that you feel compelled to have a go yourself.
With a self portrait you need to set the focus manually and jump up and down varying the exposure settings. Worse is that if you are by yourself there is no one to make you laugh and smile and relax. After 20 attempts you do begin to laugh at yourself. Maybe the men in white coats will appear shortly. Anyway I have posted the best shot for today as now the light is fading and flash portraits don't seem to succeed for me as the contrast tends to be too harsh.
