Well - you surely adjust the contrast, colour balance and gamma to get to what you remembered, don't you? Most digital files need at least some tweaking to look right.

But if you mean - is the saturation bumped right up? - then I think the answer is no.

Here I adjusted nothing except cropped off the Father and Mother's partial bodies. I am not against photoshopping myself
