Mainly converted fishers' cottages in Clachnaharry on the Beauly Firth just outside Inverness. At sunset the golden light makes that place enchanting. More of my images may be viewed by clicking here.

Beautiful colour and fantastic composition.
Many thanks; its nice that people look at other folks images. The blog does seem very quiet these days does it not ? David.

I love looking at the photos in here. Some very talented people indeed. And yep it is quiet, but I like this group anyway
Some Estate agents don't realise that good photography is crucial to selling houses ! David

How wonderful. All good landscape images should (IMO) make the viewer want to be there right now - which this one does in spades. Very atmospheric - I can feel the breeze, smell the seaweed, and hear the shorebirds singing.
It isn't called the Golden Hour for nothing!
How lovely that it should recreate the atmosphere, even the smell. David.
