Took this picture at a local Gala, it reminded me of childhood, days at the seaside.

This isn't a particularly high quality picture: I was shooting straight into mixed light and dark areas, the lamp-post is in the shot, and because I was in a hurry I didn't have the chance to resize it, so I had to crop this bit that I wanted out of a larger picture. But still, I think it evokes the moment I saw from my balcony rather well.
