Yes boats leaving the Beauly Firth and entering the Caledonian Canal pass this point and subsequently travel the length of Loch Ness.

It is the stretch of water beyond the Kessock Bridge and is relatively sheltered. Dolphins swim not far away away from here in the Moray Firth. David.

i really like the water, the colour, and above all the game of reflexes..umpfff.. can i say game of reflexes? i'm getting confused with italian ahaha!

It needs a boat in the foreground to really lift it but the pale colours at 9 30 pm adds atmosphere. David.
