I was just curious about the pic, then I read Rabbits response and your reply, I just choked on my brekky! thats some rubber right there though! Only in France could the tossed out rubbish be so neat!

It's not rubbish as such. It's a stock of old tyres for use as crash barriers at a nearby quad bike circuit.
