My mantelpiece

Hi to everybody...here's a photo of my mantelpiece...the begonia on the right is 22 years old now and the offshoot on the left is about three and a half years old now...amazing longevity...the secret is barely any soil with gravel and repot a rarely as possible, and sparse watering...
The flowers below are false and have lasted for eight or more years now....the painting over the fireplace isn't one of mine...LOL...a water colour that I bought in an exhibition because the detail in it is astonishing...sorry can't get a clear pic of it because under glass and always get a reflection...the artist painstakingly painted every blade of long grass!!
