Bad Choices

Sometimes I take photos and just don't see how I could have made them look better, until I view them on my computer. Too late then!

In the photo below, I wish I had focused on the pistil and stamen on the left, and not on the blossoms up front:

And for this next photo I should have aimed a little lower to capture more of the yellow blossoms, and then call it "a sea of yellow" or somesuch:

These are just two of many bad choices I made - and I'm only talking photography here ;D

Do you have similar problems? Or are you that experienced that all your photos come out the way you want them?

I wish my photo's come out the way that I invisage them unfortunately they don't, some come out perfect but not that many, thats the difference between us and the professional and even they don't have a 100% success, the only advice I can give is don't give up and keep trying the more you take the better and eaiser it gets.

Actually I think the top picture is pretty good, the colour is good, as is the focus, compostion is alright, the only fault I can see and its just a minor is that it may be a tadge over exposured ie the petals seem a little bright, but that can easy be rectified with editing software, there are a few free ones to down load, Gimp is one another is photoscape.

Give a try it will surprise how good they are, but just keep snapping way.

Thank you, Rabbit, you have been of help.

I think one of my mistakes is that I play around with the camera settings a lot (WB, sharpness, contrast etc.), just to see what the difference is. Sometimes I'm lucky, sometimes I'm not.
And then it also depends on your monitor, you'll see the colours different on each monitor. I've blogged about these problems before - ah well, what can you do? ;)

ALL mine come out exactly as planned!!
NOT!!!!!!
Take loads and loads!!!! Costs nothing :)
I do not think I have had ONE as good as it could be as yet.....

I take fuck all pictures many a times. You're still very very good as far as I'm concerned.
