Look Before You Leap

Good advice for all of us, I think.  How Dan managed to contort himself into that shape in the 2nd picture I really don't know. Unusually, he has taken his eye off the ball too. Both pictures get bigger if you click on them, and there is a green ball in both.

Thanks, it is quite tricky for me getting those sorts of shots because I'm terrible at throwing with my left hand!
