I asked if I could see the manager as any pic of a flower would not be for commercial use.
Was told I had to get WRITTEN permission from their head office...........
Ah well, I had a good run,,,,,

It is the same in the supermarket where I work.
I think the rule was introduced because they were worried about their competitors being underhanded and possible bad publicity. Unfortunately it has to be applied across the board but I have seen foreigners happily snapping away and nothing was said
