Really like that second one.

Thanks! I was pleased when I loaded it onto the computer as it looked better than I expected!

How pretty,
We haven't had snow like that where we are just a few heavy sleet showers

I had to be out on my walk in good time this morning as it thawed fast and was gone by lunchtime.

That was industrious of you..well done

I'm not one for long lie-ins anyway. My weekend time is too precious!

Me neither but I usually stay indoors if the weather is cold..brrr.
Today though I left the house to go to work around 9.30am

The first one looks vaguely familiar - where is it? Anywhere near Bishops Castle?
| EthelRed [Member] 07/04/08 @ 19:08 |
No, it's Buntingsdale near Market Drayton.

I do like these! I've just looked in my camera manual to find it has a snow scene mode! I'll have to remember that for next time.

Sometimes I'm not sure which mode to use!
e.g. if taking a picture of a flower covered in snow, do I need snow mode or foliage mode?!

Nice pics, but, doesn't the snow make them in to cracking pictures.

Thanks Joe. I like the way the snow seems to make the branches of the trees stand out somehow.
