The leaves are pretty aren't they? Plus it was easier to focus by backing off from the flower and including the foliage.

I've got loadsa these in my garden, but never knew that they were periwinkles, mine aren't in flower yet tho'

I agree - I took one or two showing just the flower head but the picture looks better with leaves. Plus it made focusing easier on my little camera! ;)
