I didn't even know there were buds on mine when I left on Tuesday so it was a lovely surprise. My plum tree is just in bud now.

The blossoms I photographed the other week were in a neighbouring orchard and they were way ahead of mine.

Wow this is beautiful. We don't have cherrie trees but the crab apple trees will be in bloom in a couple of months.

My plum tree is in full bloom and the leaves are just beginning to show. Spring can't be far behind. HOORAY!

Beautiful.......... if I recollect my cherry blossom is white so presumably the colour depends on the particular variety.

The bees should appear to pollenate [ ? ] it so you'll be able to get close ups of the bumble bees ! Can't wait to see those images aswell ! David.

The white blossom I photographed the other week was on plum (or similar) tree.

Apple blossom is usually white too but I always imagine pink cherry blossom - you're probably right about the different varieties. :yes:
