I have it down as North Parade Bridge, but I could be wrong, it wouldn't be the frist time!

Such a nice view of Bath, I have been there once, is such an unforgettable place, I shall return.

Did you use any special technique to take this photo? Mind to share?

No special techinque really, this was actually a point and shop camera. A Sony Cybershot with only 2.1Mp resolution.
