Well, here I am, back at my own computer blogging! the wireless network is up and running, so as soon as the decorating is finished, I will set up the old computer again so that I can have a machine of my own.
I do get a bit fed up of sharing, as I am usually the one who gives way (my computer use isn't urgent) but urgency isn't everything is it, whatever happened to creative and therapeutic computer use? I think these things are important too!
I am hoping to make some photographic contributions soon, but I may have to "go pro" because I don't have much media space to use. I will give this matter some thought.
...what this flower is called?
Now identified as Vinca Major: with thanks to Spicy and Lois. ![]()
Take 2 - For my critic! This is the closest I could get to his eye!
And no I couldn't get that little bug off his eyelid!
By the way I'm making him a bright red cagoule for the next time!- Don't ask!
All the postcards and pictures taken where I live tend to be all a bit "samey"
All of the boats in the harbour etc.....
The obvious shot, everyone does it, me included and have posted a couple on here
But I decided to do a different approach...
We get ferries coming here from Belgium I think and France ( I think )
I decided to do a shot approaching "my town" not already in it.
Was freezing swimming out there holding the camera above my head to avoid getting it wet! ![]()
Anyway enough talk, here is the pic!!! Any opinions/thoughts etc appreciated..
Guess who I met again in the garden today?
My pet toad "Sausage" who I first found on 20th January. He obviously likes his little mossy bed in my wood pile.
Shot in Wales close to where seasideman resides, shot on the road between Aberystwyth to Borth.
Rabbit
Looking back at February
The ramparts and "Donjon" at Pons form the backdrop.
If I was "driving/steering" a boat/yacht these signals would confuse me no end!!!!
As always click on pic to make full-size
What happened as we walked up home is this.......
We had to go up a "lot" of steps from the beach to the cliff-top (obviously)
Took a quick pic,,,,,,
