My father took these in 1948 whilst working in Venezuela it is of two villages of the Motilone Indians of western Venezuela and eastern Colombia. it is deep in the jungle and at that time there were no roads to the interior he told us that when they flew over they would shoot their arrows at the plane..my brother and I have a collection of such arrows..might even post the picture of them if anyone has an interest!!

A bit of Scottish Seaside.
Loch Ness late evening.
This image was captured from the shore of the Loch close to an old Inn specializing in good food and beers.
In warm weather which is somewhat rare in this part of the world people swim in and ski upon the Loch. More images can be viewed at www.Lochnessimages.com.

I captured this image at Hellifield Station one Sunday morning in September 2007. The train is a Steam Locomotive called 'The Dalesman'.

You have to admire this mans optimism. He is sitting on the steps of a Mercedes showroom.

My Wildlife Pictures
A Scottish Wild Cat, pound for pound the most ferocious in the world, don’t you just love little guys. They are about 50% bigger than a domestic cat. On the endangered list it is estimated that they are only about 400 left in the wild.
My First Contribution..
Hello everyone, I have only really just got into the whole photography thing. Still learning. I do tend to find that whenever I go anywhere I am constantly looking around me more..
I just visited my parents and whilst out shopping in the town centre I found myself looking up at the buildings, noticing architecture I had never seen before even though I lived there for 30 years of my life.
I lived a five minute drive from the Yorkshire Moors. I did not appreciate it. I do now. And that is not because I am not near it anymore because I visited there with my children to fly a kite. I simply went there to fly a kite because it is usually windy.
I did not appreciate or even notice my surroundings.
I do now, and it is due to my new interest in photography.
This is a pic from my old camera that broke but I like it anyway ![]()

Regards, Steve
